• WHAT IS LOYALTY PLS?˅

  Loyalty PLS is our new loyalty program, offering an elevated experience to our members. As you move through the four tiers of our program, unlock new benefits and exclusive offers.

• HOW DOES IT WORK?˅

  Loyalty PLS offers 4 Tiers of recognition. Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum. You’ll earn Poppy Seeds on each full price purchase you make, which will help you move through our tiered program. For every $1 spent on full price products, you’ll receive 1 Poppy Seed. Your Poppy Seeds balance will determine which tier you sit in. As you reach new tiers, you’ll unlock new benefits and have 12 months to maintain your tier status.

• HOW DO I EARN POPPY SEEDS?˅

  Earn 1 Poppy Seed for every $1 spent on full price products on poppylissiman.com.
  
  Please note, you will not earn Poppy Seeds on gift card purchases, and during certain promotional periods, in which this will be listed in the promotional T&Cs.

• WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY POPPY SEEDS˅

  Poppy Seeds allow you to progress through the tiers of our loyalty program, as you move up tiers, you’ll gain access to new benefits and rewards.

• HOW DO I JOIN?˅

  New and existing Poppy Lissiman customers can join Loyalty PLS by creating an account and spending $200 to qualify for our Bronze tier.

• WHO CAN JOIN?˅

  Anyone can join! You must be 18 or over, if you are under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must read and accept the terms and conditions on our T&Cs page.

• HOW DO I CHECK MY TIER?˅

  You can stay up to date on your Poppy Seeds balance and tier status by logging into your Loyalty PLS account.

• WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL OR RETURN AN ORDER?˅

  If you return or cancel an order, your Loyalty PLS account will not accrue points for this purchase.

• I AM ALREADY A CUSTOMER, DO MY PREVIOUS ORDERS COUNT TOWARD MY POINTS?˅

  To get you started, we will back date purchases from 1st July 2022. Simply login to your account, using the same details you’ve used to check out on the Loyalty PLS page to view your status.

• WHY HAVE I GONE UP A LEVEL?˅

  If you’ve moved up a level, it means you have earned enough Poppy Seeds in the last 12 months to qualify for a higher tier status.

• WHY HAVE I GONE DOWN A LEVEL?˅

  If you’ve gone down a level, it means you have not met the qualifying Poppy Seeds balance by the expiry date to maintain your level or go up a level. After entering a tier, you’ll have 12 months to enjoy your Loyalty PLS benefits and maintain your Poppy Seeds balance.

• HOW CAN I REFER A FRIEND?˅

  Give 10%, Get 100 Poppy Seeds.
  Gift your friends 10% off their first purchase with Poppy Lissiman and you'll recieve 100 Poppy Seeds in return. Only new Poppy Lissiman customers will be eligible to recieve 10% off their first purchase. You do not need to be a member of Loyalty PLS to refer a friend.

• WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?˅

  As a Loyalty PLS member, you’ll gain early access to new products and sales, be eligible for loyalty exclusive promotions and more.
