Click & Collect is available at our Fremantle Head Office during normal business hours: 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Although we aim to process Click & Collect orders on the same day, please note during sale or promotional periods, Click & Collect orders may have a 24-48 hour turn around time.

The Click & Collect option will appear at the checkout if the item/items in your cart are available to Click & Collect. Please note, we have limited stock at our Fremantle location

You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection with the pickup address. You will need to show this email upon collection. If you have not received your collection email, it means your order is not ready yet.

1. Select your desired product and add it to cart.

2. Select Click & Collect as your chosen Delivery option at Checkout. Please note, we have limited stock at our Fremantle location and not all products are available to Collect.

3. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email letting you know it is ready for collection. Your Click & Collect order will usually be ready to collect the same day. Please note, Click & Collect orders may take up to 48 hours to process during promotional or peak periods.

4. Head to our Fremantle Click & Collect location to pick up your order. Don't forget to bring your confirmation email.

We have limited stock available at our Fremantle location. Due to this, not all products are eligible for Click & Collect. If your desired item is unavailable for Click & Collect, you will be unable to select this service at checkout. If your item is unavailable to Click & Collect, we recommend selecting delivery, or getting in touch with us at info@poppylissiman.com.
