Orders typically arrive within 2–6 business days.
We are a small team working hard to dispatch a high volume of orders over BFCM! Please allow up to a week for dispatch during this busy period.
Please note, while we always do our best to meet our delivery estimates, we’re not responsible for unexpected courier delays that are beyond our control.

Most orders are sent from our HQ in Western Australia. Occasionally, if an item isn’t available locally, we may ship it from our Hong Kong logistics centre.

If you place an order on a business day before 9am AWST, it will dispatch the same day. If placed after 9am AWST, it will dispatch the following business day. Any orders placed over the weekend will dispatch the next business day.
As a small team, we appreciate your patience during busy periods such as promotions, BFCM, and Christmas, when dispatch may take a couple of extra days!

We primarily ship via Australia Post Express.
If your order is shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, it will be sent via DHL Express.

We cover all duties and taxes on Australian orders!
International: Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs do not include duties or taxes. These may be charged by your local customs office.
LOST OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

In the unlikely event your parcel is declared lost or incorrectly delivered and the courier Australia Post or DHL, we’ll do our best to recover or replace your order.
However, once the courier provides proof of delivery, we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced parcels.
If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, an incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, our Customer Care team will contact you.
Once the item is returned to us, you’ll receive a credit note, minus a $70 fee to cover return shipping, customs, and handling.

Pre-orders are processed as usual but shipped at a later date which will be stated on the product page. Once shipped, we’ll send you tracking details.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, please note that we will wait to ship everything together once all items are available.
