Orders typically arrive within 2–6 business days. During public holidays or busy periods (like promotions, sales, pre-orders, or Christmas), please allow a few extra days for dispatch.
If you’re in a rural or remote location, this may add a couple of extra days onto the delivery date.
Please note, while we always do our best to meet our delivery estimates, we’re not responsible for unexpected courier delays that are beyond our control.

Most orders are sent from our HQ in Western Australia. Occasionally, if an item isn’t available locally, we may ship it from our Hong Kong logistics centre.

Orders placed on a business day before 11am AWST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11am AWST will ship the next business day.
Weekend orders are dispatched the following business day.
During busy periods (like sales, promotions, pre-orders or holidays), dispatch may take a little longer, but we promise to get your order out as quickly as possible.

We primarily ship via Australia Post Express.
If your order is shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, it will be sent via DHL Express.

We cover all duties and taxes on Australian orders!
International: Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs do not include duties or taxes. These may be charged by your local customs office.
LOST OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

In the unlikely event your parcel is declared lost or incorrectly delivered and the courier Australia Post or DHL, we’ll do our best to recover or replace your order.
However, once the courier provides proof of delivery, we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced parcels.
If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, an incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, our Customer Care team will contact you.
Once the item is returned to us, you’ll receive a credit note, minus a $70 fee to cover return shipping, customs, and handling.

Pre-orders are processed as usual but shipped at a later date which will be stated on the product page.
Once shipped, we’ll send you tracking details.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, please note that we will wait to ship everything together once all items are available.
