BFCM RETURNS POLICY

Orders placed during our BFCM sale are eligible for a store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

You’re welcome to try on items; however, all returns must be in new, unused condition, with all swing tags attached and protective packaging intact.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS

Store credits will only reflect the purchase price of the item as paid at checkout.

Sale products marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Sale items and items purchased at a discount, are eligible for return of a store credit of the sale value only within 14 days*

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Head to our returns portal here and enter your order number and email address within 14 days of delivery and follow the promptsAfter the expiry of the 14 day period, no Refund or Store Credit can be offered.

All returns must be lodged through the returns portal.

Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted and sent back at the cost of the customer.

Products from Poppy Lissiman that have been purchased through one of our stockists or wholesalers cannot be returned directly to Poppy Lissiman. Please contact the respective stockist or wholesaler directly for any return inquiries.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare occurrence that you’ve received your PL product with a fault or defect, we do require that you report this within the first week of receiving so that we can resolve the issue right away.

If this is not reported within the first week we can no longer determine whether your order was received with the defect or if it occurred as a result of wear and tear (unless it is deemed a legitimate manufacturing fault)

Email info@poppylissiman.com with your original order number & clear photos of the issue. 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items to our warehouse, as Poppy Lissiman is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in its original condition (with swing tags and packaging intact), we’ll process your refund or store credit within 3 business days.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items don’t meet our return criteria.

DO YOU COVER RETURN COSTS?

No. The cost of sending back the product is at the customer's expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
