Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a new Digital Marketing Manger to join our team at Australian accessories brand Poppy Lissiman.

Must have at least 3 year’s previous experience in:
  • E-Commerce (Shopify preferred) 
  • Facebook Ads & Facebook Business Manager
  • Google Analytics 
  • Google Tag manager 
  • Affiliate marketing 
  • EDM & CRM strategies
  • SEO strategy
  • Reporting 
  • Managing monthly ad spend budgets

Primary Tasks:
  • Manage & execute daily, weekly + monthly spend allocation across multiple platforms to achieve business objectives
  • Develop a full funnel marketing strategy with the management team for all three sales regions (AU, EU/UK & USA/Rest of World)
  • Run and manage the digital advertising across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Criteo, Youtube, Snapchat & more 
  • Co-ordinate the EDM strategy with the content & CRM teams
  • Write all ad copy
  • Press releases and liaising with global media publications
  • Liaise with the content team to ensure that briefs are clear and deliverables are met within time 
  • Produce weekly/monthly reporting to demonstrate attribution, results and patterns. Using results for continuous improvement and efficiency in marketing spend.

Secondary Tasks:
  • Budget planning for marketing spend
  • PR management with external agencies
  • Influencer relations
  • Additional marketing strategies (ie Pop Up stores, competitions, collaborations)
  • Oversee output of content across social media platforms; publishing, posting and scheduling. 
  • Advise on how to achieve ultimate audience reach and engagement across social media platforms
  • Manage website development projects & optimisations 
  • Focus on growing the internal CRM & customer loyalty program 
  • Planning for key sale periods & seasonal events 
  • Use reporting data to brief the creative team on top performing assets 
  • Keeping up to date with the evolving markets & trends 

  • Highly analytical eye, able to measure site performance and identify improvements
  • A proactive approach to ideas and implementation 
  • Ability to use and interpret data to make data-driven decisions 
  • Form strong relationships with our delivery partners (ie our PR agencies, Facebook representatives, influencers etc)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to grow, learn & up-skill when required 
  • The ability to solve problems
  • The ability to pivot and adapt to change daily 
  • A solid understanding of e-Commerce metrics and analytics data 
  • Previous experience within the fashion, creative or beauty landscape (not necessary but preferred)

We are seeking a new Assistant Designer / Production Assistant to join our team at Australian accessories brand Poppy Lissiman.

The role is based out of our head office in Fremantle, Western Australia. This is a dual position working closely alongside the founder and creative director Poppy on developing new accessories and managing sampling / production with our factory partners.

Must have experience in:
  • Creating tech packs
  • Research & development
  • Material sourcing
  • Product development and design
  • Collection planning
  • Excel spreadsheets
Prerequisites for the role:
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • BA or equivalent qualification in Fashion or Accessories design
  • Adhere to design calendar deadlines and timelines, ensuring all designs are completed on time
  • Strong time management skills
  • Deep knowledge of fashion and design
  • Works well in a team and independently

  • Proficiency in CAD and/or 3D rendering

Chief Operations Manager (COO)

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader who is digitally savvy to join us as our Chief Operations Officer at Poppy Lissiman. 

We need you to eventually run the operations that seamlessly join our design, marketing, and customer activities to our business functions of accounting, logistics and procurement. This is an opportunity to join a fast growing company, playing a crucial role for its continued success. 

You will work closely with the business owners who will mentor and train you on all aspects of the role and how to integrate you into our existing dynamic work place culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the financial, accounting, risk, procurement contracts, logistics, real estate, and contractors.
  • IT including strategy and the performance of our suite of programs.
  • Overseeing marketing goals, objectives, analysis, budgeting, spend and analysis
  • Leading and managing the operational team, including setting goals and objectives, general HR including hiring and training staff, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure that the business is running smoothly.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Managing the budget and financial performance of the business.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Analysing data and metrics to make informed decisions about the direction of the business.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and partners.

To be qualified for this role, experience within the design industry with experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is desired.

The position is West Australia based at our Fremantle head office.

The Pre-requisites are:

  • Tertiary qualifications in any of the following: marketing, accounting, business management, commerce and legal
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in the creative/design industry, with experience in online businesses and relevant management experience in following areas:
    • Building Brand awareness and customer base
    • DTC business
    • Risk
    • Marketing
    • Accounting
    • Inventory management
    • High level of computer skills
    • Experience with software: (Microsoft Excel, Word, Shopify Plus, Google analytics, Xero accounting, Inventory management software)

A suitable salary will be negotiated with the chosen candidate which will be commensurate with C Suite role.

The role is full time, with award super and annual leave entitlements.
